If you are an agency seeking a suitable residence to house students, you’ve come to the right place.

We offer a total of eight rooms on two floors for students of various ethnicities and ages. We provide an English-speaking environment, perfect for any student that would like to communicate in an alternative language. Montreal is a multilingual city, but is predominantly French-speaking; therefore, your student gets the best of both worlds.

At our residence, students have the option of either receiving homemade meals or cooking for themselves. In addition, rooms are provided with comfortable beds, clean sheets and drawers for clothing and personal items.

Bathrooms are shared and we can accommodate students by gender for security reasons, if preferred. Note that we must be notified in advance if you have more than one student you would like to refer of the same gender.
